If you paypal via the paypal button at the top of the home page there is a charge to the rescue but I don't know what it is.

You can pay by going to www.paypal.whatever com or co.... instead of the direct button and pay by changing one of the sections to 'gift' instead and then the payer pays the fees instead of the rescue.
