Try and be patient as not all yorkies (or other small breeds) like young children. Yorkies that love kids do come up though and when one can be matched to you it will be worth the wait Very Happy Waiting for the right dog is much better than getting a little nibbler home with a fetish for small children affraid It could put your kids off dogs for life and terrify the dog in the process.

I have had plenty of foster dogs in that have loved kids and I have searched through the adoption forms for children as a friend for the dog so a new friend will turn up at some point Very Happy

Hi. Have you found a foster home for the 2 Yorkies? I can't seem to find them on the link. We live in Somerset, about 40 miles from Bristol.

    Hello maya

all new members are asked to put a new thread in the introductions section before posting on the boards please.

this section is for dogs in other rescues so we do not know if these dogs are still available, you would have to contact that particular rescue to find out any more.

    kind regards

Hi again. Sorry I didn't introduce myself! I've looked all around the website & can't find a way to do it! Other people seem to manage it easily enough! Can you tell me, please, how to do it? Thanks, Maya.

Go to the home page and scroll down until you get to Introductions, click on it and then you click on new topic on the right hand side. Smile
