Post by yorkiegirl Tue Feb 07, 2012 9:11 pm

We are asking if anyone would help out on one of the many stalls we will have.
If we have enough volunteers it will be a couple of hours each at the most.
Please only volunteer though if you really are willing to help out for a few hours.
We will need help on the following :-

Registration Tent - Pat & Ewan
    Bouncy Castle -
    Cake & Preserves Stall -
    Refreshments -
Burger Stand - Gordon & Frazer
    Teddy Tombola -
    Normal Tombola -
    Craft Stall -
Rescue & Dog Accessory Stall -
    Raffle Ticket seller -
    Tote Seller -
May be a few more added but that is all so far. If we could get 2 people per stall taking it in turns that would be great.

I could make some handmade cards for the craft stall. I would have to post them to someone though as I don't have transport unless some kind soul from the North is going down to Grantham and could pleeeeese give me a lift and then I could help out on the craft stall itself.

From what I saw last year, I think a 9m x 6m (20' x 30')marquee for the stalls and 9m x 9m for the show ring (probably had half that last year). Depending on weather we will put windows in, which can be removed if weaher is good.

Wow thank you so much. That will be absolutely fab. Keep that hot sun of the doggys bless them. Gonna be a great show this year. It was great last year, but every year we learn more.

I was thinking I would leave them at home, the way hubby was playing up last year and taking that many they all want to run free, not on leads.

We will not know if we can come until much nearer the time because of work. Not sure even if we will have the same size car either. 12 fitted in nicely in the Previa in cages.

Will come prepared for Poppy snatching even Misty as well. Laughing
