Bella is a 5 month old Terrier x and is currently on foster in Oxford.
She really is a lovely girl and will make a great family dog. She gets on well with all adults and children and is currently living with 10 (yes 10!) dogs and has had no problems at all finding her place in the pack.
Bella appears to be cat friendly but will chase rabbits and birds.
Her housetraining is coming along nicely but she isn’t keen on going out if it’s raining!
Bella understands basic commands and walks well on the lead. She would benefit from some further training, she runs happily with the pack in her foster home but her recall needs some fine tuning! Her foster home have been working on this with positive praise & encouragement which she is responding well to.
Bella does have some separation anxieties and will chew furniture, walls, etc when left alone. Therefore we would prefer Bella to go to a new home where someone is around most of the day and is prepared to use a crate when she is left unsupervised.
She is still only 6 months old is eager to please and willing to learn. Bella's is looking for a home where her new family are prepared to continue with her training.
All Hope Rescue dogs are neutered, vaccinated, wormed, flea treated and microchipped prior to rehoming. A homecheck will be required, and you will need to come and meet the dog with your own dogs and family. Hope Rescue rehomes throughout the UK. A Pre-Home Interest Form can be downloaded from www.hoperescue.org.uk and should be returned to dogs@hoperescue.org.uk
